• Refund Eligibility:

  • Full refunds will be issued for ticket cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the event date.
  • Refund requests made within 15 days of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

• Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team by email or phone, providing your ticket details and reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the refund request.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the ticket purchase.

• Ticket Transfers:

  • If you are unable to attend the event but wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, please inform us in advance. Transfers can be made up to 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Please provide the full name and contact details of the person to whom you wish to transfer the ticket. The ticket transfer will be considered valid once confirmed by our team.

• Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:

  • In the unlikely event that JiveSpring's Open Mic Fest is canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified via email or phone.
  • If the event is canceled, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
  • In the case of rescheduling, your ticket will remain valid for the new event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund following the refund eligibility guidelines mentioned above.
